Overview

The Business Process Analyst will join KnowledgeLake's growing Workflow Practice and Enterprise Solutions team, which provides document automation solutions for clients throughout North America. The Project Team works together with clients to co-create workflow solutions using KnowledgeLake Capture, Nintex, SharePoint, Office365 and Box technologies. The Business Process Analyst role is a true technical professional, consultant and trusted advisor capable of working productively with other project team members represented by the Client, KnowledgeLake and third parties. They help to make remarkable customer experiences by working with site owners and end users to automate business processes, optimize utilization and ensure best practices across all areas of the business. In this role, you will contribute to a vast repository of intellectual property as KnowledgeLake employs Nintex, Microsoft and Box technologies to create dramatically more powerful, effective and optimized solutions. You will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing KnowledgeLake Capture Server Professional, KnowledgeLake Connect, KnowledgeLake Advanced Capture, Nintex Workflow, Nintex Forms on Microsoft SharePoint, Office365, Box and the Nintex Workflow Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, design and create custom Workflows and Forms using the Nintex suite of software products
  • Develop processes and PowerShell Scripts to facilitate the migration of content from paper or email to SharePoint or Box using the KnowledgeLake Capture Server Professional and Advanced Capture software products
  • Create and configure SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries and lists
  • Create and Configure SharePoint and/or Box metadata content types and taxonomies
  • Work with the KnowledgeLake Workflow Solution Architect to deliver the solution as designed
  • Participate in the assessment of the Client's environment and their requirements and document results accordingly
  • Advise on content creation following industry and SharePoint and KnowledgeLake best practices
  • This position requires the ability to implement projects from planning and design, to creating libraries, lists, workflow and forms, to production deployment and support.
  • In addition to providing core Workflow and Forms guidance, will be responsible for the following: act as point of contact for all business related Nintex features and support issues, provide both consultancy and support to site and business owners, diagnose and resolve technical and process flow issues
  • Perform tests according to a given test plan and document the results
  • Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environments
  • Lead and assist the client in user acceptance testing activities
  • Prepare and update the Design and As-Built Documentation for transition to the Client
  • Assess new and relevant Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft and other Document Automation technologies.
  • Assist Writers/Trainers/Social Media Personnel in producing workshops that will enhance KnowledgeLake/Nintex/SharePoint end-user adoption

Qualifications

  • Hands-on technical resource with a solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of Nintex, SharePoint, Office365 and Intranet Portals in general.
  • 3+ years Nintex Workflow and Forms Experience required.
  • In addition to Nintex and SharePoint knowledge, the candidate should be proficient in architectural design concepts (scalability, resiliency and performance), Web Parts, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
  • Must be able to contribute significantly to any design and refactoring discussions, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be able to articulate problems and solutions in a concise manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience implementing various size Nintex Workflow and SharePoint solutions for Portals and Collaboration, Search, Document Management, Security and Governance, Forms and Process Automation.
  • Business process automation (Nintex forms/workflow) design and deployment experience
  • Problem solver with good analytical skills
  • Understanding of ECM and Information Architecture functionality including: site mapping, taxonomy, content classification, best practices, compliance and auditing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to explain the final-built Workflow Solution to end users and assist end users with utilizing Nintex features and functions –must be able to train business users.
  • Intermediate to Expert level SharePoint Experience with O365/SharePoint online skills as well as SharePoint in mid to large enterprise deployments using Microsoft best practices.
  • Ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities while working as a member a geographically distributed project team.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Server Topologies and related networking schemas
  • 3+ years SharePoint Experience desired
  • Ability to manage up to 25% Travel
  • NOTE: This position does NOT require programming or software development skills, such as c#, however experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Powershell and T-SQL is a plus.
